Breitling presents the Navitimer GMT Aurora Blue
Breitling, founded in 1884 in Switzerland by the homonymous engineer, has had a major role in the development of technical watches in recent decades. Recently they presented the Aurora Blue, a timepiece which extends the Navitimer GMT collection consisting of watches famous for their ring that serves as a slide calculator.
This new chronograph was produced in a limited edition of only 1,000 pieces and shows a blue dial like the boundless skies and distant horizons.
Highlighted by a delicate decoration in a radial pattern and counter ton-sur-ton, the Navitimer GMT Aurora Blue has a style that is both technical and elegant at the same time. The transparent sapphire case back allows admiring the caliber B04 that marks the time in a 48 mm steel case which also made it be 1/4 second certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute) paired with a dual time zone system. To bring the main hour hand to the local time just pull out the crown and turn it in one direction or another with shots of an hour - without losing the precision of the minute, and automatically adjusting the date forward or backward. Meanwhile the hand at the red tip keeps your home time at 24 hours, making it possible to distinguish between day and night.
The Navitimer GMT Aurora Blue comes with a rubber strap with the profile of aircraft tires and in assorted colors, or, alternatively, in a crocodile leather strap or a steel bracelet.
Bedetti, official licensee, is waiting in their store in Piazza San Silvestro to show you all the new Breitling watches.
