Since its founding by Greek Sotirios Voulgaris, Bulgari continues to innovate, combining ancient knowledge and new technologies.
We have been guests of the Watch Academy 2017 of the Maison at the Chateauform La Borghesiana Romana, a typical villa of the Capitoline Camp at the foot of the Roman Castles.

An event chaired by Tiziana Cuscunà - General Manager Bulgari Italia - during which an ambitious project was launched through which the LVMH Group's brand is once again able to combine tradition and the future. Many and interesting interventions by Guido Terreni of Watch Business Unit Managing Director, Fabrizio Buonamassa Watch Design Senior Director, Paolo Mori Sales Trainer Italia and Maria Cristina Di Flaviano Marketing Director just to name a few.

The cautious attention to detail and the choice of exclusive materials has helped to enhance Bulgari's new all-in-one concept designed to emphasize the unique and unmistakable design and style of the brand ever among the most prestigious and innovative in the world jewelery scene. From the 30th of November to the 15th of December, 8 selected multibrand shops including Bedetti will have the honor to host a special showcase made by Italian craftsmen. A temporary show of great scenographic effect that enhances the clocks of the Maison that made the story of goldsmith's art and of Italian design.

Many do not know - as he recently recalled Jean-Christophe Babin Ad of the brand since 2013 - clocks as well as perfumes were born as boutiques and the first Bulgari watch was a digital invented in 1975 by Nicola Bulgari as a gift for the husbands who bought jewels for ladies.

Among the watches on display is the Octo collection, which in addition to Rome includes the Octo Finissimo featuring the slimmest tourbillon movement ever found, which finds its distinctive stylistic figure inspired by octagonal geometric motifs that adorn the inner times of the Basilica of Massenzio. The Bulgari models including Solotempo, Rome, Finissimo and Carbon Gold, launched in 1993, became a watch icon. Jewel watches from the Serpenti collection in the Tubogas, Spiga and Jewelery Watches variants are a perfect blend of Bulgari's typical Bulgari design elements: passion for color, variety of materials, innovative craftsmanship and ideal comfort. Finally, the bright timepiece of the Lucea watch collection, which pays tribute to the fundamental role of light in the measurement of time (sundial) and whose bracelet reinterprets the iconic snake in which each mesh fuses into the next one, giving rise to the remaining testimony of the clock feminine as a jewel.

Born almost simultaneously in both Rome - Bulgari in 1884 and Bedetti in 1882 - these two companies are now united in a fruitful collaboration, yet another international "business card" that increasingly binds the name Bedetti to the eternal city and its monuments.

Come and visit us at our Piazza San Silvestro shop to admire the Bulgari collection that boasts watches of high timepiece, luxury and design products of a unique heritage and a tradition of excellence.
